Layers of foundations, powders, heavy bronzing blushes, and lipstains, lipsticks that don't match our complection are the biggest enemies of the real beauty. Oh, and let's not forget to mention about eating right. If we don't water our bodies and skin with the right amount of water, don't eat fruits and vegetables in maximum amounts, and of course don't eat good protein and calcium sources like yogurt, our skin will be upset with us. Junk food and sugars are the bad stuff that we must stay away. I'm aware of the fact that not all of us are blessed with a natural striking beauty; however, it's in our hands to create the most out of what we have, isn't it? </span><br /><span style="color: black;"> </span><br /><span style="color: black;">To achieve the natural beauty, it's important to keep our hair in its natural color in my opinion. Because the best color that suits you is your own hair. However, having it dyed in natural colors or having natural highlights is alright as well. I've had put in highlights for about 10 years but since last 2 years I stopped having anything done to my hair. And voila! It's so shiny and healthy that I'm even surprised how it can look like this :) Well, I must admit that I sometimes want to have some highlights put in again, but then I decide not to, after seeing my hair so healthy and shiny! I don't use foundation or powder. I hate the idea of covering up my pores and skin with some artificial chemical; I like my skin to breathe. But blush is a must for me :) lightly applied peach or baby pink hues are completely important for me. As for the eyes, try applying at least two different tones of a natural color and creating some smoky eyes; it'll look fantastic. For cat eyes, apply some eyeliner or khol and you'll look stunning in an instant! One rule for the lips though :) If your eyes are the focal point of your face, then keep the lips as natural as you can. If the eyes are natural, then go bright with your lips :) </span><br /><span style="color: black;"> </span><br /><span style="color: black;">Now, I'd like to share with you guys a few photos of one of my favorite models, Barbara Palvin :)</span></span><span style="color: #e06666; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br /><br /><br /><span style="color: #e06666; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Benim için gerçek güzellik, doğallıktan gelir. Doğal güzellik gerçek olandır.  Kat kat fondötenler/pudralar, yoğun bronz allıklar, cilt tonumuzla barışık olmayan tonlarda rujlar/parlatıcılar... Bunlar gerçek güzelliğin baş düşmanlarıdır.  Ah, tabi bir de doğru ve sağlıklı beslenme de çok önemli.  Vücudumuz için gereken nemi gün boyu sık sık içilmesi gereken su ile karşılamazsak, sebze ve meyve tüketimimizi maksimum düzeye çıkarmazsak ve tabi ki yoğurt gibi faydalı protein ve kalsiyum kaynaklarını kullanmazsak cildimiz bize ciddi anlamda küser.  Abur cubur, şekerli gıdalar, tatlılar, bunlar olabildiğince kaçınmamız gereken gıdalardır.  Tabi ki herkes doğuştan harika bir güzelliğe sahip olmayabilir, cilt sorunları olabilir vs, fakat elde olan malzemeyi de doğru kullanıp ondan cevher yaratmak da elimizde, öyle değil mi sizce de? Neden biricik cildimizi yoğun ürünlerle yoralım, düzgün beslemeyelim ki? </span><br /><span style="color: #e06666; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br /><span style="color: #e06666; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Doğal ve çarpıcı bir güzellik için, kendi doğal saç rengimizi, olamıyorsa da doğala en yakın ve gözü rahatsız etmeyen tonlarda boyamaya veya aralara renkler attırmaya gayret etmek çok önemli.  Ben 10 sene kadar hep saçıma kendi tonundan 2-3 ton daha açık gölgeler attırdım (saçım koyu küllü sarı, aralarda da kendiliğinden gölgeleri var) fakat son iki yıldır hiçbir şey yaptırmıyorum renk bakımından.  Saçım çok daha parlak ve çok daha canlı duruyor ki ben bile şaşırdım :) hmmm, bu arada saçıma ara sıra sıkılıp biraz açık gölgeler attırmak istemiyor muyum? İstiyorum tabi, fakat sonra kendi saçımın güzelliğine bakıp vazgeçiyorum :) Makyajda ise fondöten ve pudra hiç kullanmam. Fondöteni hiç sevmem. İstediği kadar doğal görünümlü ya da hafif olsun, ben cildimin nefes almasını seviyorum.  Yapay bir kimyasalla yüzümü sıvama fikri hiç cazip gelmiyor doğrusu. Allık ise olmazsa olmaz :) hafifçe uygulanmış olacak o da. Gözlerde doğal tonlarda minimum 2 renk far ile gölgelendirme yapmak çok başarılı sonuçlar verir, ince bir hat siyah göz kalemi veya sadece kedi gözü yaratmak için kullanılmış siyah göz kalemi ya da eyeliner da çok başarılı olur. Dudaklarda ise tek kural: gözler vurguluysa olabildiğince nötr, gözler vurgulanmadıysa dilediğiniz kadar çarpıcı ve canlı! She said "I love the Bridge Cafe in Shoreditch it's amazing." when I asked for her favourite place. Beth is wearing an H&M hat, a Replay coat, a vintage dress she bought in LA, Woolford tights and is carrying a YSL bag.<br />Wishing you a very happy, healthy, wealthy and love filled 2013.
