I just haven't had the time for my blog and that upsets me quite a lot.  However, I'm hoping to be able to catch up this week! </span><br /><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Today the weather was absolutely beautiful, so we went to the islands of Istanbul, which are truly gems of this hectic city. We had this crazy idea of getting a place there and moving there entirely, as a hopeless effort of escaping from the overwhelming big city. We even looked at some places with a couple of realtors, and fell in love with the places we saw! Total beauties! Almost dream homes! But... There's always that big BUT in everything, isn't there? I want that, BUT. I love you, BUT. I did this, BUT. Bla bla bla... And the BUT in this story is all about the transportation to work! If we decide to move to the island, we'll have to take the boat to the city each morning at the crack of dawn. I mean, very crack of dawn!  Think before 6 am! :) That's crazy, pure crazy. Hence, what happens?  Shouldn't be that difficult to guess, huh?  Our lovely project of getting a place at the island gets demolished in an instant. :) My-my... At least I had the great chance of petting all those lovely kitties roaming the streets of the island. </span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Enough of the dream home story, getting back to our topic: fashion.  The other day, I was glancing through some fashion news and runway photos and I came across with these gorgeous couture wedding dresses that I saved for today to share with you guys.  Hope you like them, as they made me want to get married once again! </span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #e06666;">En son postumun üzerinden bir hafta geçti.  İnanılır gibi değil, fakat maalesef gerçek! Bir türlü oturup yazı yazmaya vaktim olmadı, olamadı. Bu durum ne kadar canımı sıkıyor tahmin edemezsiniz.  Velhasıl, bu hafta arayı kapatabilmeyi umuyorum!  </span></span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #e06666;"><br /></span></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #e06666;">Bugün güneşli ve ılık havayı bulunca Istanbul'un cevherleri olan adalar'a gitmeye karar verdik. Kahvaltı sonrası aniden gelişen bir fikir oldu bu :) Istanbul'un yoruculuğundan acınası bir kaçma planı olan Adalar'a yerleşme gibi daha da çılgınca bir fikrimiz vardı zihnimizde. Haliyle de birkaç emlakçı dolaşıp birkaç ev gezdik.  Gördüğümüz, gezdiğimiz evlere ba-yıl-dık! Muhteşemler! Neredeyse rüya ev tanımına girebilecek kadar güzeller.  Fakat... Her şeyde mutlaka bir FAKAT vardır, değil mi?  Bunu istiyorum, FAKAT. Seni seviyorum, FAKAT. Bunu yaptım, FAKAT. Ve saire, ve saire... Bu hikayemizdeki FAKAT Adalar'dan Istanbul'un çeşitli köşelerinde olan iş yerlerimize yapmamız gerekecek olan yolculuğu temsil ediyor.  Eğer Adalar'a yerleşirsek her gün sabahın köründe ilk kalkan vapura binmek gibi bir işkence bizi karşılıyor olacak.  Sabahın KÖRÜ, katarakt falan değil, bildiğiniz KÖR. Sabah 6'dan öncesini düşünün. :) Bir düşünün.  Nasıl? :) Tek kelime ile çılgınlık.  Hal böyleyken ne olur, bir tahmin edin bakalım :) Çok da zor olmasa gerek.  Adalar'a yerleşme projemiz bir anda yerle bir olur. :) En azından adım başı denk geldiğimiz güzeller güzeli kedicikleri sevme imkanım oldu. </span></span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #e06666;"><br /></span></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #e06666;">Rüya ev hikayesini bir kenara bırakacak olur ve esas konumuz olan modaya dönecek olursak, geçen gün internette gezinirken rastladığım muhteşem güzellikteki couture gelinlikleri sizlerle paylaşmak istiyorum.  Umarım siz de en az benim kadar beğenirsiniz; zira ben yeniden evlenmek istedim. How is your weekend passing by? Hope that you're all having a blast and enjoying the lovely weekend.  It's gotten quite cold here, well, perhaps not very very cold, but still... Around 1 degrees now but as of Tuesday we're expecting a weather of -1 degrees! Geezzz... That's cold enough! </span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Today I was quite a domestic girl :) I cooked 3 different courses.  A hot dish with chickpeas, chicken breast cut up in cubes with mushrooms, home-made cream sauce with some sage and oregano thrown in. Oh! Also some fusilli pasta with my mom's home-made pesto sauce and some mushrooms.  Mmmm... Yum yum. Me and hubs already had some of the delicious pasta :) The other are for the week days, which I hate cooking on those days! :) Other than cooking, I visited my grandma for a couple of hours and yesterday visited mom. And my lovely Golden Retriever, Sophie :) along with the naught cats <strike>we</strike> she has. I don't have any pets since I got married, the hubs ain't into pets in the house unfortunately. </span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Oh! I almost forgot! I got my hair trimmed yesterday! How can I forget that one?! I've been obsessed with it for a few weeks now: Finally got it over.  I'm trying to grow it out to about shoulder lenght; which is currently right below chin level or about the same level as my chin.. :/ I had a serious asymmetric pixie crop last summer.  It was fantastic; I look good with it.  But I want to have some hair to play with; do pony tails and stuff... </span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Anyways, I'd like to talk about the upcoming spring trends.  Some of the major ones are; the lace, minimalist clean lines, which I adore; leather is continuing, pastels are a huge trend, which is another one that I'm crazy for. 60s inspiration, electric bright colors, and stripes, many many stripes accompannied with dots. Isn't that fun! :) And black and white, a classic. </span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="color: #e06666;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Herkese merhaba! Haftasonunuz nasıl geçiyor? Umarım hepiniz harika zaman geçiriyor ve çok eğleniyordur! Havalar oldukça soğumaya başladı; 1 derece civarı sanıyorum şu anda ve Salı gününe -1'leri görmeye başlayacağız... Brrr... Soğuk mu ne sanki? :)</span></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"> </span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="color: #e06666;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Bugün tam bir ev kızı modundayım; üç çeşit yemekle rekora koşuyorum! Fakat annemin yaptığı ev yapımı pesto sosu ve mantarla bir araya getirdiğim fusilli makarna enfes oldu; hatta sevgili eşimle bir kısmını mideye indirdik bile.  Diğerleri ise yemek yapmaktan, mutfağa girmekten ciddi anlamda hiç hoşlanmadığım sevgili iş günleri olan hafta içine rezerveli durumdalar :) Yemek yapmanın haricinde bugün babaanneme uğradım bir iki saatliğine.  Dün de anneme gittim; sevgili Golden Retriever'imiz Sophie ve yaramaz <strike>kedilerimiz</strike> annemin kedilerini de görmüş oldum. Maalesef evlendiğimden bu yana iki yıldır evimde bir evcil hayvanım yok; sevgili eşim evde hayvandan pek hoşlanmıyor.  </span></span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><span style="color: #e06666;"></span><br /></span><span style="color: #e06666;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Nasıl unuturum?! Cumartesi saçlarımın uçlarından aldırdım.  Kaç haftadır aklımdaydı; sonunda hallettim. Rahatladım.  Geçtiğimiz yaz oldukça kısa bir asimetrik pixie crop kesimi yaptırdım ve şu anda omuzlarıma kadar uzatmaya çalışıyorum.  Kısa saça bayılıyorum ve çok da yakışıyor fakat at kuyruğu, dağınık topuz vs. yapabilmeyi de çok özledim artık.  </span></span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><span style="color: #e06666;"></span><br /></span><span style="color: #e06666;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Bunlar bir yana, sizlere ilkbahar trendlerinden bahsetmek istiyorum.  En çok dikkatimi çekenler ve ve beğendiklerim, dantel, minimalist temiz kesimler ki bayılıyorum; It's just breath-taking in my opinion and oh so elegant.
